MLI Series Material Level Indicators
Dependable level control of free-flowing bulk solids - Sterling offers Bindicator and Monitor rotary level sensors, as well as Bindicator radio frequency sensors and silo inventory measuring heads. Control consoles are also available. Sensors are available for single point and continuous level sensing applications for most bulk solid materials. Standard temperature and high temperature models are available to provide solutions for almost any application. Sterling also has available a series of level sensing control indication panels to compliment your level sensing requirements. These panels provide visual and audible indication of level status.
SDRW Series Material Distribution Valve
Speed up your processes with automatic material changes - Fully automatic material changes without any manual handling, only as part of a Sterling centrally controlled conveying system. The rotary valves are controlled by the conveying controller. The Sterling material distribution valve system eliminates the need for multiple pipe runs and automates material changeovers so that more complex system requirements can be provided automatically. All Sterling SDRW’s are designed for continuous, 24 hour production and meet all European CE requirements. With a Sterling material distribution valve system, up to ten machines can automatically be provided with up to ten different materials. The material distribution valve comes complete with rotors and connecting parts which are cast in high grade steel with specially hardened surfaces, which in addition to meeting clean room conditions, is also capable of processing abrasive materials.

Sterling SKW’s are designed for continuous 24-hour operation and meet all European CE requirements. The Sterling SKW is made of solid steel. Depending on model, the SKW can be integrated in pipe systems with diameters of 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5. Material switching operates pneumatically by a highly reliable rotary piston, which prevents air leaks in the conveying system. During every conveying circle, the SKW pulses rapidly between both materials, which minimize layering. The conveying ratio can be pre selected between 0% and 100%.
